“You are the world’s seasoning, to make it tolerable. If you lose your flavor, what will happen to the world? And you yourselves will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the world’s light—a city on a hill, glowing in the night for all to see” (Matt. 5:13-14). Lutheran schools need to continue educating new generations for their role in both of the Two Kingdoms. Doing that requires sound and bold education in Scripture, witness, apologetics, and citizenship. It also requires freedom and resources to accomplish the task.
One conference day will be with leadership and participation from Washington-based Lutheran Center for Religious Liberty and its leader, Gregory Seltz. Specific programming will include relevant sectionals and plenaries for all levels of leaders in Lutheran education.
